In this mixed group you are invited to experience your nervous system in a field of connection and ease. Together we create a space where your body sensations can be felt, heard, and honored — allowing your system to find new resources and resilience in the support of collectivity.

I am in my last months of training and it’s the first round I’m offering, so I want to make it accessible for everyone. Really everyone is welcome and everyone can be part of this unique online circle. Just as you are!

This is an intimate space for you and your stored body memory. I offer you to be your companion, going with your sensations and experiences and staying present and open for whatever comes up, supporting your system so the waves (of sensations) find flow again and can settle in new, regulated, connected ways.
